1. Introduction
These Affiliate Terms of Service ("Affiliate Terms") govern your participation in the AHA Innovations Affiliate Program (the "Program"). By joining the Program you agree to these Affiliate Terms in addition to our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and in good standing with AHA Innovations.
- You may not participate if you are already a member of another GoHighLevel (GHL) white‑labeled brand’s affiliate program for the same or substantially similar product offering.
- No self‑affiliation or double affiliation: you may not use your own affiliate link to purchase, nor maintain multiple affiliate accounts for the same person/entity.
3. Affiliate Account & Dashboard
Once approved, you will receive access to an affiliate dashboard where you can:
- Generate and share your unique referral links.
- View click activity, referred sign‑ups, and upcoming/estimated earnings.
- Access marketing assets that we make available from time to time.
- Promotions must be truthful and compliant with applicable advertising laws and platform policies.
- Do not misrepresent AHA Innovations, our features, pricing, or any limited offers.
- Paid search bidding on our trademarks or confusingly similar terms is not permitted without written permission.
5. Commissions & Payouts
- Commissions are earned on qualifying purchases made through your unique affiliate link, subject to our validation and any refund/chargeback adjustments.
- Payout threshold: commissions are paid only when your cleared balance reaches at least $100 USD. Balances below $100 will roll over until the threshold is met.
- Payouts occur on our standard payout schedule (typically monthly) and may require completion of tax and payment information.
- Refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent activity will be deducted from your commission balance for the relevant period.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- No self‑affiliate: You cannot refer yourself, your owned companies, or immediate household members.
- No double affiliation: Creating or maintaining multiple affiliate accounts or attempting to earn commission on the same customer through more than one account is prohibited.
- No cross‑brand GHL affiliation: You cannot be an active affiliate for another GHL white‑labeled brand selling a similar white‑label instance of the platform while promoting AHA Innovations.
7. Publicity, Testimonials & Likeness
By participating in the Program, you grant AHA Innovations a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use your submitted or publicly posted review, testimonial, name, and avatar/profile image for marketing and promotional purposes, including display on our website, product, and social channels, provided we attribute you appropriately. You may revoke this permission at any time by contacting us, and we will make commercially reasonable efforts to remove future uses.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time for suspected abuse, fraud, violation of these Affiliate Terms, or actions that may harm our reputation. Upon termination, unpaid commissions that have not met the threshold or are under investigation may be withheld.
9. Changes to the Program
We may modify or discontinue the Program, commission structure, payout schedule, or these Affiliate Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in‑app notification.
