I HATE STUDYING

I am the person who doesn’t like academics and doesn’t excel that much in school because I didn’t like studying when I was still in my teens, but later on when I started my first job I realized that for me to succeed I need to adapt, I need to learn new skills, I need to improve everyday, I need to prioritize how can I grow fast and learn fast since I work in IT, I need to study every now and then just so that I can stay relevant in my field.

Recently this 2023 lots of top companies who were mass hiring in 2020–2022 was struggling with overblown number of employees due to over-hiring this pandemic, as a result they needed to fire thousands of employees mostly in IT sector as well, so times are tough these days.

That’s where I realized that even if you are in an industry that is highly in demand and highly popular, you can still get fired, and get less opportunities, so we must constantly study new technologies and master them at certain point that will make us indispensable to our business.
Even more so if you are a business owner, you also need to keep up with the current trend or you will go out of business in a few years.

In life in order to succeed 𝙬𝙚 𝙢𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣 𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙩𝙤 𝙙𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙬𝙚 𝙝𝙖𝙩𝙚, it isn’t easy, for those who will say that you must find something that you love to succeed, well I agree but not everyone has that opportunity and capacity to try new things and abandon his/her current job.
